Skelian Chiropractic Clinics have been in Cheltenham since 1998. The opening of a small clinic on the Prestbury Road was the result of chiropractors Stuart Smellie and Keith Walker coming together with the aim of providing the highest possible quality of chiropractic care for the town. They both had established practices of their own in Wiltshire and Warwickshire respectively, and soon brought together a team of experienced chiropractic staff working across the three counties.

St Pauls Medical Centre
A second Cheltenham clinic opened in 1999 when they received an invitation to join 50% of the GPs in Cheltenham by moving into the brand new St Pauls Medical Centre on Swindon Road. Being involved from the planning stages, they were able to design and equip a purpose-built Chiropractic Clinic, independent of the GPs, but part of the largest primary healthcare centre in the country.
In 2003, the Prestbury Road clinic was closed and the staff transferred to St Pauls. Keith Walker left the partnership in 2004, and the clinic has since been solely owned by Stuart Smellie.

Facilities
Our facilities and services include access to x-ray and MRI scanning as well as sports and remedial massage therapy.
In line with our holistic approach, we also give advice on diet, posture and exercise. These lifestyle issues can be extremely important in your overall recovery.
