Live Longer by Walking 20 Minutes each Day

A recent study has highlighted the importance of being physically active. A lack of physical exercise may be responsible for twice as many deaths as obesity. The good news is that becoming moderately active reduces the risk of an early death by up to 30%. Researchers estimate that walking just 20 minutes a day is enough to produce these significant health benefits.
