Background
Sydney graduated with a Master’s degree from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic. She is registered with the General Chiropractic Council and is a member of the British Chiropractic Association.
Sydney’s passion for chiropractic grew from seeing the positive impact that conservative treatment can have on people from all walks of life. She enjoys helping patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, working to reduce pain, restore movement, and help them get back to doing the things they enjoy.
Sydney has also undergone further training to allow her to treat and help pregnant patients. Sydney is always looking to further her education to provide the best care for her clients and is always striving to improve on her expertise with the human body.
Sydney believes that the best outcomes come from working together, encouraging patients to take an active role in their recovery and long term health. Her treatment approach combines chiropractic manipulation, mobilisations, myofascial release, activator techniques, dry needling, personalised exercise programmes, and lifestyle advice. Every treatment plan is tailored to the individual, with a focus on finding the approach that best suits their needs.
Outside the clinic, Sydney loves spending time outdoors. She has always enjoyed horse riding through the beautiful Gloucestershire countryside and can often be found out on long walks or hikes, usually accompanied by a four-legged friend.
When she’s not keeping active, Sydney enjoys spending time in the kitchen. She loves cooking, baking, and experimenting with sourdough. If she’s not making good food herself, you’ll likely find her enjoying it with family and friends.
